SMG is not as popular as some other Mario games because of it being more one player focused & more core gamer based. Where as say NSMB is casual/core with 4 player it was always going to sell better. Also people get dizzy with the spinning planets so in Japan the sales are quite low in a normally pro Mario environment.
Rumble & 3D probably not a good mix but Nintendo did patent some kind of rumble through stylus tech that might be introduced to the hardware enventually.

Move is crazy expensive at $100 for the wand & ps eye plus another $30 for the nav controller. A 4 player set up will cost more than the console itself & I've read somewhere that the PS3 cant recognise more than 7 controllers so 1 nav controller misses out. The Wii controller set up was inclusive but was expensive too for extra controllers at launch 4 yrs ago but now most owners have at least 2 remotes (thanks to Wiiplay) & nunchucks. Add to that $20 for extra Wii motion + acc...

Nintendo stomped the comp at e3 2010. The 3DS made a mockery of PS3 3D because of the price of 3D TV & having to wear those fucking ugly glasses. Move shows nothing I haven't seen for the last 4 years so it also is a joke. As for games Nintendo bought those too. Goldeneye Wii, DK, Metroid OM & Zelda as well as huge support for 3DS. So if that didnt win E3 I dont know what would.
